Lsd had told me

Hello,
Just to fallow up on your order....It has been placed and is on order with expect 1 to 2 weeks for your part to come in and be shipped to you. Again, thank you for your business and have a great day.

They have ignored all of my emails asking for tracking numbers or the status update.

My current set up is xxr 521's with very low offsets. I have been rubbing so I dialed max camber until I could install the coil overs and get a fresh alignment. I have done this at about week 2. I thought that it would take about a week for them to send it and I would install them within the week and get a alignment. But now its been about a month and a half and i have so much camber wear I need to replace my BRAND NEW TIRES. I put faith in their company and trusted their dates that they had told me. Off the top of my head they had given me more than 7 false dates.

I called them back on 3/26/12 and they had told me they would be shipping it out by 3/28/12 but they were late once again. I have asked for a refund on 4/02/12 because they had told me that the tracks were on back order until the 16th of april. I could not wait for them because of the camber wear on my new tires. But they had told me they were already shipped out and i would recive it by 4/11/12. THATS THE ONLY DATE THEY EVER GOT RIGHT. But my joy was short lived. They were megan track coil-overs, but they have sent me evo 9 coils. I call back frustrated and shipped it back and was given 3 more false dates. I demanded a refund and they wouldn't give me a refund until they had recived the WRONG COIL-OVERS THEY HAD SENT ME. I was forced to wait until 4/16/12 until they could refund my money. But they had promised me over night shipping on 4/16/12 and that i would recive it Tuesday 4/17/12. WRONG AGIAN. I call back and now i would recive it wensday. WRONG now they tell me Friday 4/20/12 and finally gave me the tracking number when i called them. The tracking number does say Friday so i guess they got that date right....

End story.

I ordered it on 3/12/12. Now HOPEFULLY RECEIVING THE RIGHT COILS on 4/20/12. And now i have to replace the rear tires which are not cheap. I will never again do business with LSDmotorsports. Talked with about 5 people from lsd and each one gave me at lest 2 dates which were all wrong. Called them around 20 times, left on hold for 30 mins at a time and no responds to my email.

They are the most laziest people I have ever dealt with. The most uninformed people I have ever dealt with in my whole life and i will never again order or even visit their website.

If i receive Evo coils agian or any coils other than S2k's ill fly out to cali.

Been to the shop once for an appointment for a job interview.

Walked in, saw one guy working there helping a customer. Stood around like an idiot for about 30-40 minutes in the shop. Not one word asking me what I needed or who I was looking for. After i decided to jet, i called the guy only to find out he wasn't even there!! What a crock of shit!

Management sucks here. Just another one of those run of the mill shops that cater to guys who don't know crap about cars and wants the awesome bling to impress the ladies.

Makes me wonder the level of intelligence of everyone who works at LSD.

Lsd has one of the worst customer service. I would rank it near chaser.

Check out my signature for a feedback thread about Asura, he might have mentored this LSD motorsports guy on customer service.

It may take them a bit to respond to messages but I always get replies. also got my suspension from them super fast. I had no negative experience.

Weird.

When I bought a set of Works wheels from them they were totally excellent. By far the cheapest international delivery charges as well. Ordered on the thursday and they arrived in the UK by tuesday!!

^Same here. I ordered my K&N FIPK and Invidia Q300 from them with no issues back in March of 2010. Quick delivery and fast responses when I did inquire. Some places are hit and miss. I haven't been back to them since and usually use MVP Motorsports for all of my needs (including CF Hood, CF splitter, cooling plate and Invidia 70mm TP)

When I've dealt with them in the past, everything went great. Talked to them about making me a couple custom clutch setups for a couple D series engines I was building and had my clutches in within a week. Maybe things have changed recently.
