Disagree. The splitter separates the airflow top and bottom (and can potentially provide downforce), the spoiler controls the airflow above the lowest point of the front projection of the car. A good spoiler reduces/eliminates the need for a splitter. Given that most spoilers for the s2k do not project below the stock spolier, the splitter is a significant benefit on the car.
