Burnt bumper?

Default Burnt bumper?
I've noticing my rear bumper is getting darker and darker. I have the tanabe Medalion Touring http://www.tanabe-usa.com/touringmedalion.asp?id=7

Anyone have problem with this? For some reason the exhaust is too close to the bumper. And also sometimes when I park the car I noticed these grime looking things around the exhaust and bumper. Must be coming from the muffler itself or something... It's annoying to clean cause it's noticeable.

With that sig, I think there are too few adults on this site. I'd let his bumper burn to hell!
