If you are rich and have a shit load of money to spend, then anything is feasible. One thing i believe is the nsx engine rotates in the opposite direction the f20/f22 does. So there goes a few thousand just to make it spin in the opposite direction.

Hey sorry about the lack of a response; I've been traveling for a while now. I was just asking out of curiosity/interest. I have no where near the means or werewithal to do it myself unfortunately, but I love the concept of a six cyl VTEC engine—the raw power the NSX had even if people say it "wasn't much" compared to other cars around back then. I just figured there probably would have been someone who had tried to put the C32B in an S2K. Just a romantic idea that I wanted to know about. Thanks for the answers though, really informative

You may want to check the direction a c32 rotates, unless you want 6 reverse gears.

you would also need a hood to fit. on top of all the drivetrain work
