Anyone suggest a resonable ebay price - dollars is fine!

What they hell do I list it as? A DIY job?

i would keep that sh*t

i see no reason why you would want to get rid of it, its definatly original and foam filters are pretty rockin...

just get some foam filter oil and keep it oiled once a month or probably even less since it has a housing/airbox

I like it. It looks like a well designed air intake.

looks like it works

Where did you buy the car ? Go back and ask if you can have the name of the guy. I dont know how it works in the UK, but you should be able to find the owner that put it on. That is if he was the original owner.

Looks pretty well made. I would keep it and throw a samco(sp) hose on it.

filthy beast, Im waiting for the dealer to get back to me on that one. Going to bell him on Monday if he doesnt ring me today (Sunday). I just hope the car wasnt tracked and therefore the main reason the mod was done...I doubt it.

I believe this was the legendary air intake that was forbidden from being produced nearly 1000 years ago.

Looks like it was pieced together with some igzisiting harware from another machine of some type and fabbed the rest, looks to be well done. I would examine it closely and make sure their isn't any possible leaks and run that thing. You can clean off the dirty oily filter with the KN cleaner and then use the motorcycle filter oil, like the PJ1 that comes in a rattle can. I think the KN oil is to thin to use for a foam filter, its meant for cotton pleats.

Glad to see the US agrees with the UK on this one! ;)
