1st question, The CD player cover kinda got ripped out I was looking at buying a new one on ebay and the 04+ with the silver S2000 printed on the face is only like 10 bucks. Anyone ever attempt to put something like that in.

Also do aftermarket headunit work with the driver controls??

 

Yes it is a direct replacement. You just have to pull the whole surround part out and then can take the radio door off and replace it. Make sure to put the spring in back correct or the door won't up correctly.
Take a look around on this site has been gone over many many times.

 

Search for the head unit also. These are both things that have been gone over hundreds of times. Head units by themselves will not work with the dash controls. You need to buy an add on for it to work like modifry's DCI. Just search audio dash control and it will bring up hundreds of threads.
No one likes to search anymore. Don't know why. Happens on all forums and all the info is already there at your fingertips.
