Default Chargespeed Brake Duct

Trying to figure out if these ducts can be installed along with the OEM lip or does the lip need to go before these will seat properly? Anyone has any experience?

From the pic it looks like the lip won't be an issue.

The pic has a different lip than OEM lip. I was wondering if these will clear the OEM lip. It's probably gonna be pretty close either way, kind want to see if anyone has these or not.
