Default cheap but effective mods

Anyone know of any cheap but effective engine mods that I could do to my S2K for around $150-200??

an alignment and k&n filter, if you still have extra money, buy some lowering springs.

Test pipe for around $80 gets you noticeable higher top end power and a more aggressive sound depending on the exhaust.

this,
or put those pennies in the piggy bank, ive tried the "cheap" route, it doesnt work, leave nice and stock until you can put the right products on this car, it knows when your being stingy with it, kind of like a girl on the first date

Read around and you'll notice a trend regarding "cheap but effective mods for the S2000". Best bet as always (and frequently overlooked) is the driver mod, already suggested several times above.

OP didn't say he wanted to drive the car better, otherwise I would agree with driving school...

I would say K&N FIPK intake. Great sound, easy install, used ones can be had for $150ish.
