Cheapest effective rear diffuser?
I know there are some really expensive options out there, but I want to know the cheapest, yet effective aftermarket front splitter and rear diffuser available for our cars. I do remember seeing somewhere a replica feels frp rear diffuser for $325 which seemed to be the cheapest, yet effective one, but now I can't find the link to it anymore.
The coastal metals rear diffuser is for the ap2 only so it's a no go for me.
DIY is an option, but since I don't have a degree in aeronautical engineering nor a background in fluid dynamics, I don't want to try...I think it is easier to not get right than a front splitter in which any flat surface that extends beyond the front bumper will work for the most part, simply deciding how much drag to trade off for size.

Just a diffuser will do little for aero. Aero should be more in a package splitter wing diffuser, they all react to each other. Another Question would be how do you want to affect the handeling of your car. People seem to think if that race team is doing this that its the way to go fast and its not that easy.
Take ASM there car is set up to go fast and handle but handle the way there driver needs it to be for him to drive it as fast as they do. The more conferable the driver is the more he can push the car to its limits.
just look in the Racing forum, so many people run different set up with wings splitters big sway bars no rear sway bars ect... its a learning curve not a buy these parts be the best like we all wish it was .
Most cheap diffusers are solely for looks.

I already have a splitter.
Reducing lift so long as it's balanced, is never a bad thing. Now a wing, I would do much more research about, but a decent/effective splitter and diffuser is never a bad thing. I get what you are trying to say about using aero to balance the car based on taste, but if I have a splitter, I want to assess rear diffuser options to balance that out.
Please suggest products based on my criteria...so you guys know where to find that replica of the feels one that is cheap ($325), I think.

I think some of the diffuser is simply to speed up the air going out of the back and some of it is to disallow air from going and getting caught behind the rear bumper. But I agree, if I have the means, I would love to make a full under tray.

The Feels looks good but looks it'd scrape all over the place.
