Default Check Engine light

Hey guys, I was wondering how I can fix my check engine light problem. After I Installed my test pipe w/o2 fix and intake I was driving for awhile and no light. The next day this afternoon the light came on. I searched and It said to either disconnect the negative from the battery for a few minutes or unplug the "back up" fuse in the fuse box for 30 seconds. Should I do both? What are your opinions?

no, you have a MY06. they are more sensitive and you need two of those O2 fix. well, that is what i had to do when i had a testpipe.

So disconnecting the negative from the battery wouldn't do any good?

that'll just reset the code. it will most likely come back. just because you get rid of the check engine light doesn't mean you've fixed the problem.
