FWIW, Stephan emailed me 4 times in a row today!! Like always though, there were the excuses. But to be honest, I do like the way his flares look so I'd rather get his flares than be refunded. I give too many people the benefit of the doubt far too often, but I'd rather try to understand the situation than walk around pissed off, bashing someone who initially had good intentions. The dude has your money already; your hard earned money and could be jerking us around for all we know. But if he's not going through with refunding anyone, why even try? It's crumby to think about and we could all use the cash we gave him, but it's already gone and you're doing just fine. So if he emails you back and actually ships your flares, awesome. If you want a refund and he does, awesome. But I believe that it's easier mentally to just get over the bullsh*t and move on than it is to dwell on how disappointed, angry, and annoyed you are. That's just me though.

I jumped ship on the flares, after being the 2nd person to make a deposit, glad i did.

I'll have to contact my friend that took my spot on the "list" to see if he ever got the flares.

Doesn't the saying go, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions?" Not that this is that severe.

Complaining does have its good points; it allows others to be aware of the situation they may be getting themselves into if they deal with people like him.
But I do understand what you're saying.

I received his front flares yesterday. I also posted on IG - it might be me. They are made very well with lots of fiberglass material. I've had his rear flares on my car for over 6 months with at least 3 track days with rubbing and bumping. So far they are good, several people in SoCal have seen them in person at the track.

Time to put on the front flares.
