I'm considering replacing my Gold AP2 Spark Plug Cover with the Black AP1 version and want to make sure I've found the correct part. Can anyone confirm whether this is the correct part I am seeking? (Item #3 on the list). Thanks!

That would be it. I wouldn't order one new though. Trade with someone maybe? Hell I'd even trade with you, I just need to verify mine is in great condition.

 

Yeah definitely trade or sell yours and then buy an AP1 for cheaper. Or just get it powder coated for like $20 probably.

 

i'll trade you i have an ap1 cover... i heard the ap2 doesnt fit on the ap1 engine tho

 

It does fit and many people swap out their AP1 for the AP2 one.

 

Thanks for all the feedback. I'd prefer to buy a new one on the remote chance that I sell the car later on down the line. I'll keep my eye out on the marketplace forums to see if anyone has one in decent condition. Although, I haven't seen one pop up in a long time...
