Couple of question and need answer.
Hi everyone who comes in here. I know these question are ask a million times before. I am new here and been reading a lot of information in this forum. I got to say that there is a lot of information that is good. But i just bought a 2000 Honda S2000 Silverstone Metallic with 98000 miles on it. Yes the mileages is kinda high. But the price was something i couldnt let it walk by. Only thing done to it was a Seibon carbon fiber hood, VIS carbon fender, K&N filter, Magnaflow exahust. The body and inside are still clean. Some parts maybe high on the price but its doesnt really matter. I just need to know some information about them before i order them. Now on for the question.
1. I already have a zex nitrous kit ready to go in. But i wasnt sure how much of a jet i should put in. I am thinking 75 shot wet. I want this thing to run safe and not blow. So if you know how much of a shot that will be safe then let me know.
2. I am thinking about getting a spoon header on there? the price is high but that wouldnt be a problem. my question is though have anyone try it before and does it make any different?
3. ARC Super Intake Chamber. have anyone try this and does it work good. I love the way how it looks under the hood.
4. Intake manifold and trottle body? which brand carry good one for the s2k and what size trottle body should i go with?
5. SPOON ENGINE TORQUE DAMPER: Does it help out?
6. I already have a apex vafcII (not install yet). Would this help me tuning it a little bit for DD?
7. A oil catch can? Would i need this?
8. What is better for my tranny fluid? Honda tranny fluid or the GM Synchromesh?
9. Its about time to change the rear diff fluid too. What should i use?
10. Where can i get a 6 puck disc with a light pressure plate? i dont want to put too much stress on a stock or bolt on motor? or is it just better to go with a heavy pressure plate?
Those are all my question for now. I need to know this so when i start working on the car next year. i wouldnt run into any problem. Remember the car is going to be tune for DD.

I can help on some, but I'm pretty sure you can find all your answers if you searched a bit more.
2. ARC intake is definitely a nice looking piece. The sound is great, but I read its prone to heat soak. IMO the best is the Password JDM intake.
8. GM Friction Modified does make a huge difference especially for the ap1 trannys. It takes about 1 or 2 days before you actually feel a difference. Shifting is alot smoother and less notchy. Cost about $12 for a qt. Find it at your local GM dealer.

I will do my best to answer the questions based on my knowledge/personal experience with some of the items you are looking at.
1. I already have a zex nitrous kit ready to go in. But i wasnt sure how much of a jet i should put in. I am thinking 75 shot wet. I want this thing to run safe and not blow. So if you know how much of a shot that will be safe then let me know.
Answer: Generally the lower jets are the safest and require less retard of timing so the car will run better when your not squeazing. I would run the 55 or 65hp jet. Just so you know the extra heat will typically cause the valve seals to wear earlier than normal along with other parts over time.
2. I am thinking about getting a spoon header on there? the price is high but that wouldnt be a problem. my question is though have anyone try it before and does it make any different?
Answer: Its a good header for weight reduction and maybe a little in the Low end and midrange, but IMO you would be better off going with J's since it has shown to make power, if $ and time is not an issue than Hytech would be my choice.
3. ARC Super Intake Chamber. have anyone try this and does it work good. I love the way how it looks under the hood.
Answer: It looks nice, but for the money I would p/u the Password JDM intake instead or just get an AEM or K&N and call it a day.
4. Intake manifold and trottle body? which brand carry good one for the s2k and what size trottle body should i go with?
Answer: You can usually take your OEM IM and TB to a machine shop and have the bored out/machined and polished to make a few HP and cheaper than getting name brand JDM ones
5. SPOON ENGINE TORQUE DAMPER: Does it help out?
Answer most people say it does, but its not really a needed part.
6. I already have a apex vafcII (not install yet). Would this help me tuning it a little bit for DD?
Answer: Tuning is always a good idea, though I am not a big fan of VAFC's (I would go with a better tuning device like Hondata or AEM EMS), but it will help you make more power and should be safer for the motor (as long as the tuner knows what he's doing)
7. A oil catch can? Would i need this?
Answer: Will you need it probably not, but they do help if you are driving the car hard a lot. The F motors do tend to spit a lot more stuff out than any Bseries motors did (specially when tracked or dragged).
8. What is better for my tranny fluid? Honda tranny fluid or the GM Synchromesh?
I like the Honda fluid but its mostly prefference. I have heard good things about GM Synchro mesh for AP1's but its a no no for AP2's so I have no personal experience with it.
9. Its about time to change the rear diff fluid too. What should i use?
Answer: I like LE604, but mobile seems to be pretty popular around here.
10. Where can i get a 6 puck disc with a light pressure plate? i dont want to put too much stress on a stock or bolt on motor? or is it just better to go with a heavy pressure plate?
Answer: depends on your target HP. I would recomend getting one suitable for the power you will be making (which really doesn't seem to much more than stock (unless you are going to be spraying frequently and if so get the beefier one made for the power you put down on the bottle).
Just an FYI you could have found almost all of these answers and more opinions by looking at the NA section of the boards and maybe a little in the FI section.
Good luck with your build

One additional bit of info...the VAFC is only as good as the tuner. After you get your NO2 system set up, get a good tuner in your area to do a dyno tune.
