Default Cusco 6 point cage on convertible

Was just wondering if you have to do anything special with fitting the back part of the cage? Was told clearance is possible just wondering if i have to take the top out to install.

If anyone has done this with their convertible please shoot me a pm.

Thanks!

All s2ks are convertibles.

Shouldnt be any fitment issues. I have not personally owned one but there are many on these boards who have them.

the cusco cage is really not that great, its more of a novelty/looks item in my opinion. Not hating man, just givinge my opinion. Ya many many members here have them and they seem to fit with no issues. I think B18c5eg has one, pm him.

+1 on the cusco cage.

Why do you want a cage? If it is for road racing the cusco cage will not meet SCCA specs.

The cage will fit with the softtop. Personally, I love the way the cusco 6 point looks on the S. However for street use, it's not safe. Make sure you put some foam around the parts by your head.
