bought a cusco front lower brace from a member on here from hawaii, where i also live. my question is does anyone have this brace made out of steel? everywhere i look, even in the cusco catalog and online, it says its made out of light weight aluminum. mine is steel because a magnet sticks to it. it has that same cusco blue color looks all original even has both the cusco sticker and silver sticker with all the japanese writing on it. the brace looks old, thought maybe the older ones where maybe made out of steel, then the went to light weight aluminum to save weight. any info on this much appreciated.

 

bump! what, has no one purchased this bar? just would like to know if you do have one, what material is it made out of? i personally like that it is steel. would like it to be aluminum so it's lighter, but like that it is steel because it is stronger.
