Maybe 2 or 3 clicks in from the rails... but that should be the least of your worries. The bar that goes to the passenger side floor will need to be placed in the middle of the floor board for your passenger door to close. Whoever is riding shotgun will hate you. Remember, the 6-point roll cage were made for a right-hand drive S.

Dunno if it's different with the 7pt safety 21 cage but the right bar does indeed not mount up totally to the right on the floorboard but it's only 2 inches from the right side and NOT in the middle of the floorboard...

In the actual install i managed to place the leg on the pictures about 1/2 inch closer to the right side..

Personally, i havent got complaints from passengers, they seem to like it to rest their legs to the bar and give them some support during spirited driving

The seat does sit about 2 inches forward. Kinda unconfortable if you are over 5'10" but the cage looks good lol

mugen?

im 6.1 and i don't find it a bad thing that i need to move the seat 2/3 clicks forward. this forces me to sit up straight and have a better position behind the wheel.

I got the 7pt and love it. I was able to get the passenger side bar all the way against the side of the floor, yeah it digs into the passenger door, but after a few times of opening and closing the door it starts to sit "good" in the door. The only gripe passengers have is that sometimes the bang their knee on the bar when trying to get in. Ohh yeah my 68yr old dad can't get in the car anymore because he has a bad knee/body and can't twist the right way to get into the car anymore he's kinda upset about that...
