Custom/Cut front bumper?
So basically I hate both stock bumpers, and I hate how every non-wb front bumper short of the sorcery one (which i still hate the lip on) goes in at the same angles as the car itself, making it appear to 'smile' at you. Even the higher end ones have the "GT" look which I don't really like... love the flat middle, but then they flair out the side portion
.
So... after seeing someone modify their stock Ap1 bumper to look like some other one with different exhaust outlets I thought, would it be cost effective and produce a decent result to simply pay a bodyshop to modify a kit's front end or the stock ap1 bumper?
Thoughts? (suggestions are much appreciated, seriously)

i believe the reason for the style is because the car is more rounded than something edgy. it flows better with the appearance of the car to have a smily/rounded look to it.
The style you have would look alot better with an intercooler behind it....

I would, but it's more hassle than it's worth (it's not worth the price considering the wait times and the fact that i don't like the obnoxious lip).
Smooth is fine, but a 'smile' is not. If I liked cars that smiled at you I'd get this:
