this guy use dye to get it black expect he didnt tape off a line to leave a window to check the coolant so you have to unscrew the cap to check. looks good in my opinion. For the $230 tank above, doesnt the cruise control have to be relocated on anything under 06.

Suzuka,,
As you may have noticed, I relocated my CC behind the shock tower. Also relocated the small fuse box by moving it back an inch towards the Clutch Master cylinder. Now: to use existing mount (M6) holes on the fender well, I made some hanger brackets from L-brackets you would find in a hardware store for picture frames. The cables for accelerator and Cruise Control are bracketless and free floating. The lower bracket for the CC is eliminated and the mount bracket (4 bolt one) is turned 180 so you can use the existing mount point ( an ear with bolt hole) to bolt it to the back side of the shock tower.
Look around your fender well and you will see where the M6 bolt holes are close but not enough to directly bolt the fuse box or CC on. This is where the home-made L-brackets come in.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

The OEM bracket for the overflow plastic tank and the CC both mount on a tall bracket. The CC then is bracketed to the tall bracket (that I cut up before moving the CC to the back side of the shock tower). I do believe the movement of the CC to the back side makes a cleaner install for the new Weapon's R short tank.
I will post pics of the mod after I get them on Photobucket.
Cheers,
Don

Hope these pics will give you an idea of how to mount the CC behind the Shock tower.

Weapons R Return Can
Relocated Cruise Control
Part Number from Weapon-R #826-211-101. This is a UNIVERSAL CATCH TANK 18 fl oz. Remember to modify the cap so you can use the pickup tube from the OEM tank.

I made my own catch/overflow can. I relocated my cruise control to the front cross-member. I still haven't had the valve cover tapped with the -10AN fittings but here it is as it sits now.
