Default Desperate for help!

I have a momo mod 80 steering wheel suede version, with a mono steering hub and nag quick release. the problem comes that I do not know how to wire the horn buttons correctly. whenever the steering wheel is not attached with the screws holding it to the quick release, the horn does not go off, but as soon as everything is tightened down, the horns will not stop going off! It has to do with the wiring, probably the ground, but i just don't know how to wire it, can anybody help!?

How is it wired? The horn(s) get power at all times. You should be switching the ground.

well it has a a black and red wire, and the hub has yellow and black. there is a spacer that comes with the steering wheel that has what i believe is a grounding hook up so i connected the black from the steering wheel and the black from the hub, but that was not successful. the horn does receive power at all times. I'm not sure how they should be put together?
