Default Did my window regulator break?

So I was driving and I started putting my window up and as soon as it reached the top I heard a pop. Kinda sounded like the window itself hitting something. After that, the window fell down. I try to turn it up but it’s not moving. I hear the motor running. And I can’t move the window up with my hands. Can someone help me potentially diagnose what part messed up?

Yep. Happened to my regulator on the passenger-side the same way. Went to put the window up, heard a pop and it just lowered all the way and couldn't put it back up. Replaced it with a used one. For some reason the passenger-side one tends to go more often.
