Default E3 spark plugs and some

i have been searching the forums for the best spark plugs and i clicked on a link 2 a store online for ordering them. i was looking threw the different types and i seen the E3 plugs i had seen them befor but i wasn't thinking plugs at the time. i'm wondering if anyone has ever used them befor. if so what was the outcome? waste of money or woth it? they arn't that expensive but that leads me 2 belive they are bull crap cuz if they were as good as they are claiming wouldn't they be more?

i know the pulstar plugs actully do a performance increse i have seen them tested by several mags now and they all were able 2 find geins from them on several different cars. but they are expensive as hell and i plan 2 get the okada coil packs and i don't know if there would be any negative effects of having both of them because the pulstar plugs have a capacitor 2 up the voltage from the factory voltage idk if they would be able 2 handle the incresed voltage and the multiple sparks generated by the aftermarket coil packs.

any incite?

I have both the Pulstar and Okada coils. No more low end bog.... NONE!.

With my intake, header, exhaust I got power and still had the bog. Those 2 mods = Money well spent and very smooth acceleration and that is without a tune.

They do need to be gapped. When you order the plugs they send you gapping instructions and what to gap it to.

Just Google a coupon code before you buy and you will save $10-$15 bucks

I have pulse star plugs in both of my 05 s2000 and crv-ex since April. The gap are .040 not .044 like oem. They are ok for the cars but I do not notice any huge improvement on gas milage. Gas milage measurement is hard and time consuming to measure on real world driving & by popular magazines like Dsport, Superstreet, Popular science... ect. But they did measure hp on dyno on lancer, wrx, 350 and some other cars. I say 5-7 hp increase is fairly realistic in some cars. Furthermore, some people reported about the pulse plug broke in half and the electrode tip broke resulted in engine failure make me worry. I have seen a friend installed pulse plug in his daily 02 honda accord 4 cylinders and had misfires. He pulled the spark plug wires out to exam and saw the pulse plug broke in half stuck to his wire. He used the spark plug wrench to remove the other half. Call pulse star, money refunded. What worry me is the electrode tip broke off and fall in the cylinder causing engine damage. If it is improperly install, I can see the point. But quality control issue is my main concern. I do not have any problem or losing power on my cars yet. Pulse plug and direct hit history can be seen on the web site under Dsport magazine article. It is nice to know that someone had used pulse plug and okada project together with positive result.
