I've purchased two BYS carbon fiber wings from ebay member directparts4u. Perfect fitment, includes all hardware, very very well packaged, and yes it uses the 3rd brake light holes. The quality is second to none. I recommend getting the CF version (even if you paint it), as its already finished and requires no prep work. Fiberglass tends to have waves and slight imperfections; the CF version is perfectly smooth.

 

funny cause eery1 said the same thing bout my ebay lip too lol, anyway i love the bys wing for the price u cant go wrong. i went ahead and custom fitted a 3rd brakelight myself here r some pics
