Default Engine bay color?

Hey,

Just managed to find a used cam cover from s2ki.com and atm it's white but will be getting it re-powdercoated or plated soon along with another secret parcel that will be arriving soon (supposed to be today). Couple of pics too...

Also what color combo do you think I should go with the engine bay... have an idea in my head BUT if i'm persuaded I might change my mind...

Also when the spark plug cover was off I decided to take off all the grime from the writing/logo with a sanding mouse... worked a treat and only took a couple mins... (see evidence above)

how much does polishing cost?? Was thinking at one point of getting it copper plated but then went off the idea... mainly because of the color of my car...

white looks a bit naff tbh, but the metal finish (ie polish) is quite a good idea... however with my J's brace coming I think there will be too much bling bling...

was thinking of a dark gold/bronze color to match the tower mount color of the brace itself...?? gd or bad?

I have been thinking about that tbh but REALLY don't wanna seem or copy alleykat's as his is kind of unique!! lol will have to check the price on it though...

Been looking at anodizing the metal... anodized gold...

I have seen something like that done much better in red and white and it was sick, can't find the pic right now. A nice orange or even silver would look good against the blue. Aren't Mugen resevoir covers orange as well?

Found this one too
