Well, I currently own the Comptech exhaust (and ice box) but I'm kinda bothered that at higher rpm's, there's no exhaust tone. sounds great around town just cruising, but i want something that screams through vtec. I definately want duals (single looks out of place on AP2) and I'm curious what some good options are. I've spend hours on youtube listening to different exhaust and plenty of time searching through posts on here, but I'm not coming up with the sound I'm looking for.

Any suggestions?

Any of the above will scream in higher RPMs. Add a test pipe for more ear bleeding action

how bout this lets rate each exhaust from 1-10... for example. stock AP2 exhaust...loudness @ crusing: 3, loudness @WOT:4...sorry if it seems like im stealing ur tread bro but hopefully this could help us both out.

 

Alright, Invidia's Loudness:9. T1R's :7.5. J's:8 Mugen:8
Powerwise Invidia:5 T1R:8/9 J's: 9/10 Mugen:8/9. This is based off what I've seen and read on Youtube, Evasive, Superstar, and Hop up. Invidia is the cheapest and loadest, all around T1R for the price, if the money isn't an issue go with J's or Mugen.

 

from what i hear the mugen isnt that loud at all...

if i were you i would go with the T1R or J's. quality and power.

 

I think you got it wrong with the power for invidia. It makes the same power with the rest. And the mugen is not a 8, that exhaust is quiet!!! compared to everything else on the list. Do some more researching.
