Does anyone have the Veilside teardrop?? If so is it really the loudest exhaust??
Yes it is as far as I tell, I've heard other exhausts (T1R, J's, Mugen, Megan, Invidia...etc.) and it is the loudest. I'll have to get a video tomorrow cause I'll have it out.

Nope, unless they had a different version of it. All 3-4 of them I've seen are cat-backs

I'll I have seen were cat back too.

I would say its probably the loudest with the Amuse R1000 (non resonated) and the J's 70RR the next closest in volume (all are singles)

not calling you a liar--but that's not possible. 90db+ is extremely loud already. each 10db up you are multiplying loudness by 10x. 120-130db sustained would make you deaf very fast.
yeah seriously, i mean just look at this:
Threshold of Pain 1*101 W/m2 130 dB 10^13
Military Jet Takeoff 1*102 W/m2 140 dB 10^14
Instant Perforation of Eardrum 1*104 W/m2 160 dB 10^16

any prolonged exposure to a 12db exhaust would literally cause your ears to bleed. i ran open header on my itr before and it had to be around 115-120 in the car at vtec(long story), as soon as it crossed over i immediately let off the gas because it was unbearable...and i'm an idiot when it comes to things like sustaining exposure to harmful things so that tells you how loud it was.

i have some video somewhere of the buddy club spec 3. it is loud as all hell, but sounds amazing in its own right.

according to the exhaust catalog video for the s2000, the J's 70RR is 129 dB at full throttle. Not the 70rr but closest J's exhaust to it:

"J's Corporation Circuit Exhaust Special"

129 DB racing. Veilside teardrop is 128? Not much difference but I don't think they make either one anymore.

I think the loudest one now is the Amuse R1000.
