I''m looking forward to buying eyellids. I looked in the forum but i can't get much detail about em. I know there are fiber glass ones and abs ones. What are the difference. If anyone is selling silverstone ones, I might be interested. Need pictures though. On your car so i can see what it looks like. I want some eyelids that looks oem. I see some eyelids looks like its so much off from the car.. "Not a natural look."

My brother bought some for his car a few years ago. Either he didn't put them on right or they were cut wrong or something, but they ripped off within a week

 

they pretty much all fit well that i've seen. there's the cwest ones (replicas are called "RS eyelid") and there's the Gears style ones (dunno what the replicas are called). once you use a good adhesive like 3m double sided, they shouldn't come off. i have the RS eyelids. they are ABS plastic.. after paint they are smooth all around...im guessing fiberglass ones wouldn't have as nice a finish. they fit perfect.

 

best eyelids are no eyelids for the S. IMO its a ricer civic mod, but everyone has their own taste
