i was jp around...but yeah i need a electronic simulator
I used those same exact anti-foulers on my custom test pipe the other day and it triggered a code too, won't go away, which was weird because I used to have an Invidia 70mm test pipe with their CEL fix and NEVER had a problem.

aaah hang on i think i might be able to help here, I bought my CEL fix from the states from a place called big daddies garage LOL. Very helpful guys tho. They do something called a "mini cat CEL fix" and its much cheaper than using an O2 simulator.

id just like to point out that picture you show us shows HISTORY CODE p0141.
it also shows NO pending codes. which means if P0141 isnt active, theres no problem
is there an active P0141 code? if not, just erase your history codes and happy motoring.

Did you unplug the battery to reset the ECU after doing the CEL fix? You really do need to do that step.
I did a CEL fix on my civic and didn't unplug the battery to reset. Got a few other codes. Then I did the reset...and no codes for like 5k+ miles now and counting.
Also, make sure none of your wires got twisted up and broken from removal/installation of the O2 sensor. Or did you drop the O2 sensor or bang it up against somewhere? You're not supposed to.

i already reset the ECU and it came back (unbolted the battery). i cleared the codes and i see what you are saying...there are no codes pending, but i have a CEL from it. I work in a medical maintenance shop and i constructed this after reading for 8hrs strait!! ill let you know if this works...time to trick my ECU to thinking that everything is A-OK!!
