Default First Mod on my new s2k?

I picked up a few hours at work so i have a little extra cash to play with these days, so naturally I decided to put it into my s2k.

But im torn here, should i get an intake to make my car louder / marginally faster
or get an exhaust?

should i get a set of rims cuz mine are the oem AP2 v1's in CHROME (ugh gross!)
or make my car look better with front lip and side skirts?

That or should i slam my car?

right now im leaning to getting new rims cuz mine aren't matching my car/ my style.

I used to mod civics and civic SI's in the past, are the install on the intake/exhaust or springs/shocks/coilovers similar?

This is a tough one, do you want more power?(if so a nice tune will fix you up and wont attrack the popo)Or do you want looks?(a nice oem lip , painted oem's and the rear oem mini skirt thing look good). Its your choice what you want, we cant decide for you.

i'd say get new suspensions first, then get rims. cars look better lowered on oem wheels than of stock height with aftermarket wheels.

Exhaust was my frist, intake second, mid pipe just arrived, also have Volks on order, and a Voodoo counter sunk knob coming in today. For performance, start on the ends and work in.

If you plan on ANY FI, skip on the intake but get a good catback first, then mid-pipe. No matter what route you go, NA, Turbo, S/C, you need a good catback and mid pipe.

Plus the stock exhaust makes our cars sound like weak sauce.

Do whatever make you feel best about your car. It would seem the thing you dont like is rims. So fix that first.
