Default foglights made from headlight projectors

I have a set of extra oem ap1 healights. One good and one with brocken plastic so I took the projectors out with the frame and I'm going to use them as foglights on my ap1. I'm going to cut the holes in my stock ap1 bumper on the side vents and I'm going to mount the projector foglights to the headlights support bracket. What do you guys think about my idea? Worth a shot?

For those who don't know what the projectors look outside the headlights

I will follow the thread as well. With 2 sets of those projectors, the road should be like daytime in front of you.

I think people have used Odyssey lights for something similar on AP1s. I'm not entirely sure though.

I think its a great idea, I had a similar idea to try to fit an aftermarket projector into EK fogs but didn't fit, and did not know how to fabricate my own housing so I dropped the idea. 6 projectors and 4 high beams would have been fun though (1 set stock project, 2 sets of bixenon aftermarkets). I hope you succeed!

Go for it.

If it doesn't work out, you can always sell ap1 projectors for a pretty penny over at hidplanet.com

If it doesn't turnout to work out for me. How much do you think I could get for those projectors? And mods no its not a forsale thread, I just have no clue what they're worth or what I could reasonably ask for without ripping my self off
