Has anyone ever used a Zero 1000 Power Neo on their fuel line ? if so did it make a differance?

Yep, it's just another fuel magnet, and an expensive one at that. It's a gimmic, and a total rippoff. If you really want to try one though, harbor freight has them for $9.
