A squirter with soap and water will help on the hangers. Don't use WD40 as it will eventually eat through the rubber. A short crowbar will also help.

I have done a lot of searches on how to remove the header, this part seems pretty straight forward....how are everybody else's experience on putting the new header in place???
from what i have heard the easiest way will be do jack up the motor to slide in the new header...has anybody else found a different maybe "easier" way????
