Yeah, someone would have to find a shop with the necessary materials to perform the lay-up and vacuum forming. It could be done though. And cheaper than 1200 bucks.

I was lucky in that I had a full CAD pacakge to design the manifold, a CFD package to analyze the design, machining foam to make the molds, a CNC to cut the molds, LOTS of raw materials to mess up with and an awesome shop to do the all the work in. College is awesome.

In the thread he estimates 12-15whp on this N/A setup

toda spec a cams, 12:1 comp, j's header and exhaust tuned on aem ems
