i do a lot of highway driving, for long distances, will the 4.77s be to short, how loud are that in sixth gear around 90

I have driven with my 4.77's from NY to Florida and back twice now. It really does not bother me much at all. At 80 mph I am at 5k rpm's. That is pretty high but I still got an average of 24 or so mpg the whole trip and I def was going faster than 80 mph for a good bit of it.
My car around there is quieter than at say 3-3.5k rpm's due to my exhaust droning a little bit around there so for me the sound is better.
The 4.77's are really a ton of fun though! I would not want a longer gear than these!!
I have not idea about the group buy though.

do u seem to run through tires faster than u used too or basically the same, that is another concern i have with the 4.77

Tire wear is about the same with my 4.77's than with the 4.10's. Granted I do drive a bit more aggressively since the 4.77's are a blast.

I actually drove a stock AP1 about a week ago and it felt sluggish.

good point, you might have convinced me to go with the 4.77s but i want someone who has them on to drive me around first just to make sure, thanks for the info though
