Not possible. There is no "Chip" available for the s2000. You would need a piggyback system like an emanage or a standalone ecu like AEM EMS or kpro. If you have an 06 or newer there is Hondata flashpro. Do some research before asking questions like this I have seen this question asked over 20 times since ive been on here.

Buy it. It will make your car twice as fast and conserve more fuel.. Wait doesnt it come from the factory with settings optimal for hp and mpgs.. Nah im sure some company sells a 70$ circuit board that does everything better. For the love of god buy another car or be serious about upgrades..
