regardless of being a type o or not I think if argued they would have to give it to at the advertised prise,

lol when u sign up for amazon u read the whole agreement thing, they have to right to cancel any transactions.. And you cant get them for false advertisement because they just cancel the transaction, there was no false advertisement. This happens all the time with tvs..
Once i bought 50inch plasma for like 100 bucks.. In two days they cancelled the transaction, tryed to fight it but go no where, they just attached there agreement over in the email..
