Default greddy evo2

Hey guys, does anyone own this exhaust or know anything about it? Does it result in any gains? The most I could find were a couple of threads in the marketplace which were old and useless. There is a video on youtube of it. It sounds great, sorta like a gutted hks.

My main question is, will this ($1100) exhaust be worth the extra cash over an hks ($800)? They sound pretty similar but I know greddy isn't the type to release a system that won't net some gains. Plus the evo2 is a 70mm and the best duals for the S are 70mm as well while the hks is 60mm.

Any opinions would be great! I'll try digging that youtube vid up in the mean time.

Really? I've heard that the evo2 canisters give a totally different and, usually, better sound. That vid sounds nothing like the ti-c's I've heard in person. I personally don't see why everyone likes it (the ti-c), they sound pretty generic if you ask me.

Thanks for the reply though!

Yea I also had the same question as you about a year ago and everyone said it sounds like the ti-c so I thought it was just me. I like the sound of the exhaust but the canisters are huge.

definitely does NOT sound like the dual tic. they sound alot like the HKS hi power and it sounds awesome with a testpipe. Not too loud either. (too quiet for me, although i think my single tic could be louder).

i actually like the sound of it more than the single tic i have now and miss it alot. BUT it was just too quiet for me.

Where would you guys rank it in terms of loudness? Is there any drone? The way I see it, for $300 more, I get an exhaust that may post up some modest gains and if not, the piping diameter will ensure that it will respond better to other breather mods than the hks. At the very worst, it shouldn't lose anything like some say the hks does, although I think that's a myth.
