The color of light is due to temperature, measured in kelvin ratings. 4500K-6000K is generally accepted as "white" and >12000K becomes more blue, and more hot. The bluer you go, the less light is visible to the human eye, thats why you cant see sh!t at night with those ricer-hot purple bulbs.

Where would green fit into the equation? Green runs around 4000k I believe. I'm sure it'd be pretty dim and you'd be pretty impaired at night, especially in the rain.

Don't do it.

Green is actually the most visible color in the spectrum to the human eye FYI, so in theory green lights should offer decent lighting at night if properly implemented

i can't say 100% if that's true about green light, but i can tell you all our night vision systems show up in shades of green/black - and i'm sure they do for a reason.

if NO2 is illegal than why did they release a limited amount of ford focus' with it from the factory? i believe if not the SVT's then it was done by saleen.

i wouldn't be a fan of he green light myself, but don't forget all the talk when more and more cars first started coming out with HID's and the talk of possibly making it illegal because they're so bright.

oh and remember: R O Y G B I V for color intensity

actually i think its yellow.

but yes, its either yellow or yellow-green. thats why some fire trucks are being switched over from red to yellow.

on a side note: NFR RULES!
