Default Ground Control

I installed my ground controls about 4 days ago and measured the drop evenly with the opposite side. The front is a 1/4 inch from max and the rear is 3/4 inch from max. I measured from the ground to the fender arch on the front and they both are perfectly even, but my driver side rear is about half an inch higher than my passenger side. Does anyone know if this is normal for brand new springs? I'm still waiting for them to settle in but it seems like it's not evening out. I know I could adjust it to be even with the other side but I was just wondering if there is something wrong here. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you preload the suspension on all corners?

its due to the weight distribution. 50/50 weight distribution doesnt mean equal right height on all four corners. preloading is not an issue. its normal

Someone told me in the past that some drivers actually set they're suspensions up this way so that when they are in the car it's even all around. The stance guys probably do this I would assume but I have GC's on my car and I don't feel like its uneven at all... I took it in to have them done though so I couldn't tell you how everything was done.

Since its adjustable adjust it so it's even on all sides. Easy to do.

If doing it for performance only then you can get it corner balanced but usually all corners are not even height with that.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm probably just gonna adjust the lower one to match the higher one. I was just wondering if it could have been something else besides the springs that would have caused this.

i had a similar issue when i had koni yellows + ground controls, my front driver side was higher than the passenger, while the backs were even. i just adjusted it so the height were even (even though the threads were uneven)

Yeah, I have the same set up. Didn't know if that was suppose to be or the company messed up my spring rates, seems like it's normal from everyone else

I hate to derail the thread but I thought I'd ask. How do you guys get to your driver side rear shock to adjust it? The fuel tube is spot on in the way and theres no way I can reach the knob on top to do any adjustments...

If you open your gas cap, there are three bolts and another inside the trunk attached to the bracket. Undo those and the fuel line is flexible to bend
