GROUP to the GROUP BUY
Currently there is a group buy going on for the GP FAB Solid Strut Tower Brace. See it here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/871...y/page__st__25
How the group buy is working is the more people who sign up, the cheaper the product gets, but I know that there are people like myself lurking in the shadows who want to buy the brace but only under the condition that it gets cheaper.
The problem with this is that buy not participating and sending in a deposit, the strut bar will never get cheaper. The reason why we don't send in our deposit is because we do not want to commit and have the product not get cheaper and be stuck paying more than we wanted.
AND NOW TO THE POINT OF THIS THREAD.
I wanted to make this thread to start a group or list of potential buyers but want a COMMITMENT FREE option and have a little bit ASSURANCE that they will get their product for pretty cheap. This way you don't have to commit by sending in a deposit and it will be a way to gather a large list of people to bring down the price and get rid of the probability of committing to a price we do not want to pay.
So you guys get it?

THE POTENTIAL DISCOUNT THAT THE LIST SUGGESTS IS NOT GUARANTEED AS EVERYONE WOULD STILL NEED TO SEND IN THEIR DEPOSITS TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL FOR THE PRICE TO DROP. ALSO SINCE THIS IS NON-COMMITTING, MEMBERS CAN PULL OUT AT ANYTIME.
THE LIST IS ONLY MEANT TO GIVE A VISUAL AND TO TRY TO GET THE LURKERS TO CHIP IN.
After we gather up a list, I will submit the list to the seller and let him know what's going on. Then it will be up to the USERS send in their payments to make it official. Also hopefully the seller will also try to meet in the middle by contacting these members to get them to send in their payments.
Let's set the deadline for our list for Tuesday Night, June 14th, 2011.

I understand why you are doing this, but the bar is worth it at full price. I have it and it works better than any bar and the fitment is perfect. Trust me, the price will go lower, because the bar is the shit. Just buy it.

This is a good idea, although I can only honor the discount point if I get deposits. So this list needs to be filled and deposits sent before I can guarantee the price this list might suggest.

This is a good idea, although I can only honor the discount point if I get deposits. So this list needs to be filled and deposits sent before I can guarantee the price this list might suggest.
