Hello

I bought my s2k used with a hardtop and the defroster was never hooked up. What hardware (if any) do I need to hook it up? Is there a kit that Honda sells?

I'll give you some information to get you started, maybe someone else will answer your question directly.

Look towards the end of the "Non-official, but more detailed and with pictures" document, there is a step with a picture to connect the defroster hook-up.

Yeah I saw that, but I'm not sure if my s2k even has that connector. hmm guess i better look. Is the dealer the only place I can get one if I don't have it for whatever reason?

 

you will need the wiring harnesses that connects to the harness behind the driver seat, that then plugs into the wire coming down from your hardtop. i got my hardtop used and the defroster wasnt hooked up on the previous owners car so i got that wiring subharness from hardtopguy.com
