how do i get hold of this guy. I placed a small order three months ago and it has not arrived yet. I have three e-mails and four phone calls with no response. Anybody else have a problem getting info from these guys? I would hope that they could at least provide an ETA since I made payment almost three months ago.

 

I have had nothing but good experience with jeff. He is an awesome guy and has always come through for me and gotten stuff to me quickly and has always worked with me on any special shipping requests I have had. What id you order? Could it be that the part(s) are on backorder? There is also a phone number on the website you could try calling if you need to as well.

i just ordered CR sidemarkers from them online and that same day it was shipped!

 

Jeff is out of town this weekend, so do not expect him to respond immediately. Don't worry, he will ship your stuff.
