I've tried calling the contact number on the website and had no luck and was wondering if anyone here has a direct number to get a hold of Jeff. Somehow I tried ordering hardtop strikers and mistakenly tried twice because of an error but somehow on bank statement it says it went through for 2 order when I only need 1.

For people who have experience with ordering parts from hardtopguy.com, how would I go about cancelling an item?

 

Seems as though HTguy is still not giving "great service", as he is reputed to be.
I'm still weary about ordering from him, being that my idea of "great service" is customer communications. glw getting it sorted.

FYI, I ordered something from HTG on July 23, and have yet to get the item. I sent numerous e-mails with no response. Order at your own risk. I would get in touch with your bank and file a claim. Fortunately for me, the order amount wasn't that large, so it's not worth my time to file a claim.

i ordered from htg 2 times and parts came in fast.

 

I ordered a TCT last week and it showed up Thursday, no problems for me.
