J's racing FTW, biggest primaries, biggest collector = better flow 4-2-1 design

ricks is only for ap1s though...and you NEED to get it tuned after you install it otherwise power will basically stop at around 7600rpms.

with the tune, i can make power up until 9k again ( really 8700ish ). I lost 5hp up top, but I picked up 6-8 through the low to mid range...torque was similar too with it.

I'm happy with it. The car is much quicker with it on and i don't really notice the 5hp at 9k that i lost honestly.

Not to jack your thread but I've been hearing good things about the Comptech header i'm currently looking for one as well.
I have it along with hondata reflash (toda). The top end is great with this header but mid and low end feel about same as stock. I know the butt dyno isn't that accurate but after doing back to back with my berk on my old AP2 I wasn't going to go through that hassle.

good setup. You'll get some good gains from the J's header then

You should be getting somewhere between 20 and 25hp over stock with these mods. You'll get a little more with engine management as well, especially on an ap1.

I vote for ricks because of dyno proven gains and the ability to use the heatshield over it.
