Default Header dilemma

Here is my problem I plan on supercharging the car with in 2yrs. Im ordering a header from hytech but I cant choose which one. Does anyone have an idea of power difference down low between the two? I dont want to buy a 4-1 and loose alot down low and wait for the supercharger but at the same time I dont want to have to do it twice buy the 4-2-1 then sell it to get the 4-1 when the time is right.

you won't get a header from them...let's just say a friend of mine ordered a header from them over a year ago, and still not received it ...

Why are ppl soo obsessed with hytech ?? They make some kinda magic product ??..
Just get the J's or T1R and you'll be fine..

Hytech was once considered one of the best custom header builders around.. They could put together a custom header to your specific build...

Go with the 4-1 design since it works better for boosted applications... If you are worried about losing low end power, I dont think you should worry since you will more than making up for it with the supercharger...

what does low end matter anyways? When you're racing, you should never be out of vtec.

Why bother ordering a header now if you're going FI soon? You'd have to replace that header when you install the S/C or else you'd be holding yourself back.

Save the money for the S/C kit.

Probably because they were the first to offer serious headers for the B-series motors. Their designs have been copied and imitated into oblivion, unfortunately.

those guys know their stuff, they should be able to help you make that decision with much more accuracy than a bunch of guys who have never even seen a hytech header for an S2000. Just for reference though, I have a HKS 4-1 and I didnt notice any loss in low end. Just look at comptech header graphs. They dont "lose" power down low. Its just not the priority part of the power band.
