headers?
quick question is it possible to install a header without changing the others (cat converter, pipping etc) ???
is the diameter etc is going to be different @ the header if i use all oem exhaust system???
coz im planning to change the whole exhaust from header to the end sloooowwwlllyyy so what do you guys recomend??? header first ???

You can put an aftermarket header on with your stock exhaust, but by increasing header diameter you will burnout the cat converter. Bottlenecking ( the increased volume of exhaust will be to much for the cat to handle.
Id say do catback first, then intake, then testpipe
then header.

Let me go ahead and get it out of the way:
Header, singular.
Second, do some searching. Unless you are willing to drop major coin for a nice header (Read $1300+), you are better off just getting a testpipe ($100), 70mm Catback ($300-$2000), and maybe an FIPK. I have done a lot of research and found there is better money to be spent on these cars for mods (gears, tires, coilovers in addition to parts already mentioned).

^hum, i would do the test pipe( be warned it's illegal) then cat-back, then intake, and then if it is worth it in the end, a header. i choose this route because this give best gains to lowest. well test pipe and intake could be the best gain. then the exhaust gives the next best gains. and header gives almost the least gains, depending on what you get and the combo you use it with the exhaust.

Best HP gains are correct in the order you listed basically, but if you are worried only about quickness (straight or tracking), your best mods are (leave out driver mod)
Gears, Test pipe, and dyno tune.
To go back to your original question, just skip the header until you have a lot of other things done.
yeah doing the exhaust up with a thousand dollar header, thousand dollar exhaust, and a hundred dollar plus a three hundred tube intake is NOT going to be as much fun or as fast accelerating as an oem s2k that has been geared. do the gears rather than nickel/dime gains with the intake/exhaust.

I'll give you any header, intake (non power adder), catback and tp you want on a stock car, and I'll take a set of gears, 4.77 or so, and we will see who wins in a straight line.

basically, 4.77 is great for acceleration. but i think the op is asking about bolt-ons.
We are forgetting the other important parts of exhaust mods, the sound and weight lost. You can shead 40-50lbs with all the exhaust mods.
That would be my biggest complaint of the S, Honda Engineering was too good, they peaked the F2x out too well! What happened to the GM days of sandbagging the piss out of a motor, like the LS1! Bolt ons with the LS1 take you from like 320 to 385!
