First thing, we have a header, not headers. Also if you search, there have been dyno's with the PLM header and it has proven gains. If your going to get one just get the PLM.

on both parts just 1 header and the PLM is good gains for about $450 new.

The title just says headers. Looking for a header out of all the headers available out there . OP also mentioned looking into headers so he can pick one header out of the headers. Just like you're looking into cars so you can buy 1 car.

it really depends on how far down the rabitt hole you want to go...

Are you going to tune eventually or now? Or are you simply bolting on parts? Do you plan on super charging?

Untuned:
PLM / Fast Forward

Tuned N/A:
Hytech, Toda, T1R (4-2-1 / Tri-y Variants)

Tuned S/C:
Hytech, Comptech, Asura (4-1 Variants)

I fully agree.

You wont see much gains though with stock cams and stock ECU.
