I do not think they sell after market headlights for the S2000. You can find good used replacements in the for sale threads here on S2KI.
You only have to buy the lens or you can buy the full unit less the HID stuff.

Good luck

I agree with PuddyDaddy, just wait for someone thats parting out their car. They will sell them pretty cheap, normally $200-300 if it's just the headlights themselves.

the outer clear lens of my headlights are kinda foggy too. I was going to swap out the diffusers in the spring. Does any place sell the clear lens pieces/covers alone?

i highly doubt they do.

you can try to polish it out but beware there's most likely to have a UV protection film on it, once you cut it or polish it, the lens will fog up much faster without the uv protection.

k so heres wat i did and it worked wonders dont kno how long it will ast though first go to an autozone and get the headlight restoration kit u will have to wet sand ur lenses this removes any film and nastyness in the kit is a special polish it restores the plastic after applying the polish in the kit a few times it will begin to look better but not great give it a couple days then apply meguires plasticx polish to them they will look almost as good as new

AP One is right. I used the Meguiar's PlastX on my '00 and it worked great! =)

That stuff works wonders on the plastic back window too for 00-01 models!
