Any1 on the forum got a test pipe installed? Did you do software upgrade aswell? Is it nesessary to chip your car after Test pipe install or can I just run it like that. I have a Greddy TI-C Dual catback and wanna get a megan test pipe. HELP!!!!

No its not necessary to tune ECU etc with just a testpipe it will be fine, any other bolts then I'd look into it.

It will run slightly leaner.

 

Does that cause major engine problems?

 

Negative; but you may get an engine check light! Oh and you will be polluting the atmosphere .

 

at (polluting the atmosphere) it stinks too

but u can get that CEL away with a t1r cel fix, the angle desighn one.

i have a TP on with my t1r v3 no CEL ..

 

get a berk. its around 100 new. had mine for around 25k with no problems or cels at all

 

I have a berk as well. theyre cel fix on their 70mm test pipe works great as I ive had no issues with it. can't speak for any other test pipes cause I haven't used them

 

I have invidia 70mm test on my06. I made my on cel fix from two 18mm spark plug antifoulers. They cost only 4 dollars and work great. 10,000 miles,no cel no problems.
