Default Help me find a Clutch Kit

Looking for a clutch that can hold about 40-50% more torque for a mild supercharger setup but still has the stock engagement feel (i.e. not a leg press to engage) and does not rattle under 3,500-4000 rpm deceleration like the OEM 00-01 clutches. I had a ACT HDSS kit in my Civic a long time ago and I remember the pedal being very stiff after the install compared to stock.

Is there a kit out there that meets all the criteria without being some kind of $1,000+ exotic kit?

Thanks in advance.

Unless you get a really agressive friction disk or replace your master or slave cylinder, you will probably have to accept some increase in pedal effort. I believe the best choice would be to get a lightened flywheel, ACT pressure plate, and OEM friction disk.

Act HD pp with new stock disc. The newer act pp's have much softer pedal feel and engadgment to save your diff.

Try a competition clutch PP with OEM friction disk, softer than stock with stronger bite...

Read up on Clutchmaster clutches too. They hold great and supposedly have smooth engagement with slightly softer than stock pedal feel.
