Hey I want a raod handling monster lol. I bought a set of BC BR-Type coilovers and honestly I have no clue how to set my car up for superior handling. Any advice would be awsome.

Drive your car stock till you can tell you need, and can take advantage of, suspension mods. Not knowing what you are doing is a classic sign that you should not modify your car for better handling without learning the limitations of the OEM suspension.

I upgraded b/c the OEM Suspension was shot. The car floated everywhere and nearly bottomed out on bumps an such. So I oppted to go with Aftermarket for tuning reasons an also OEM replacement is just as expensive. Plus you gotta start somewhere I figured talking to experienced S2K owners w/ helpful info would be a good step. Also I have good intentions to retire my S from DD to Full-Time Auto-Xer.

Sorry if I came off harsh.

Now I understand why you changed your setup.

I would search for "shock tuning" or something like that as there are many discussions in this forum.

Shock tuning is like pron. It's hard for someone else to recommend something that fits you in particular. And everyone has their own opinion of how it should be done for best effect. You can try doing it yourself for free, but you never really know how that's really going to turn out. If you really want it badly enough, however, you can always hire a professional to help you out with it.

Doesn't deal with low v high speed damping but is a good general document: PM me if you want to discuss or need more detail

ADJUSTING THE BUMP DAMPING CONTROL
Bump damping controls the unsprung weight of the vehicle (wheels, axles, etc.). It controls the upward movement of the suspension as when hitting a bump in the track. It should not be used to control the downward movement of the vehicle when it encounters dips. Also, it should not be used to control roll or bottoming. Depending on the vehicle, the ideal bump setting can occur at any point within the adjustment range. This setting will be reached when
